Rental Only
- List your property on our Multiple Listing Service-- This
includes taking extensive pictures of your property and creating a Video
tour and listing all of your properties details.
- Marketing Your Property--Setting up your listing for posting on
all of our advertising web sites including but not limited to
realtor.com, zillow.com, trulia.com, billbeck.com,
vtpropertymanagement.com, Craigs List etc

Fielding calls from perspective Tenants
- Showing possible Tenants your property
- Pre qualifing interested Tenants with an extensive Rental Application form
- Verifying all references and employment
- Creating a unique lease for your property incorporating all of
your specific requirements--This process involves understating all of
the laws of the State of Vermont regarding approved Landlord-Tenants
leases.
- Collecting agreed upon prepayments upon signing of the lease.
- Performing a detailed walk thru of the property including recording any defects already existing with pictures.
Only after all parties are satisfied will the tenant be turned over to the landlord to service
the reminder of the lease.
Rental + Property Management
This extended rental service includes continued contact with the Tenants for all items including:
- Collecting monthly rent on a timely basis
- Taking all calls from Tenants for any questions or problems
- Arranging all repairs with our proven team of workman
- Inspecting all work performed
- Paying contractors
- Inspecting property during the term of the lease
- Preparing a monthly statement and remitting payments to the Landlord
- Performing a detailed walk thru at the end of the lease
- Returning Security deposit to Tenant
- Re-Renting Property
With our extended program you, the Landlord, never have to interact with your Tenant. Call for fees.
